By agreeing to these terms, you agree to accept all colors, lengths and quantities of material in this checkout for purchase. That any changes after purchase will result in delays filling your order and shipping and may result in additional charges for material changes and an extra handling charge of up to 30%. of the order.
By agreeing to these terms, you agree to accept responsibility and liability for proper installation by following the manufacturers’ recommended instructions, guidelines, warranty and procedures. Extrutech Plastics Inc. is not responsible for product installation, please follow all manufactures guidelines. Extrutech Plastics, Inc. exclude and will not pay any consequential or incidental damage, loss or expense.
By agreeing to these terms, the purchaser reads and follows product warranty and installation instructions. Inspect for damage & incorrect quantity on receipt of goods. Any damage must be noted on bill of lading/delivery receipt for claim against carriers and presented to Extrutech Plastics, Inc. within 5 days of delivery of goods. Extrutech is not responsible for freight or shipping damage.
Extrutech Plastics Inc. is not responsible and will not pay for forklift service if needed (or any off-loading charges incurred during the delivery of your order.

Force Majeure. Neither party shall be liable for any breach, or default, for failure to timely perform its obligations under this Agreement due to any cause beyond the Parties’ control, including, without limitation: acts of God, natural disaster. Disease. Epidemics, pandemics, war, terrorist acts, governmental regulations, riots, strikes, labor disputes, fire, unusual delay in deliveries, shortage of supplies, or material, unavoidable casualties, or curtailment of utility services, or other causes beyond the control of a Party. In such event, the affected Party’s performance under this Agreement, without liability to either party, upon written notice. The ability to delay performance under this Agreement for an act of Force Majeure, without liability, is conditioned upon delivery of written notice to the other Party setting forth the basis for delay, as soon as reasonably practical – but in no event longer that five days after learning of such basis.
