Extrutech Plastics Two Part H-Bar 5" inch Cap, Item #P0540 for use as a expansion joint trim between panels, at 16' foot on center. This item is made of a exterior grade, hard dense, rigid polymer, with a smooth surface of 5"inch face area and 2 1/8" coverage for each side. Is 9/16" x 5" wide use to cap 1/2" thick liner panels. Cut with standard power saw using a fine toothed blade. Fasten base P0241with flat head screw 24" OC per installation instructions and industry standard. Push center of P0540 cap trim into center of base P0241 until it locks flat in place length of trim. Non-painted in white or color matched to Extrutech liner panels, available at 2' increments from 8' -16' foot lengths, with a weight of .25lbs per foot. Note: Need to use with item #P0241 Two Part H-Bar Base.
Note: Fasten ends of Liner Panels through Nailing Fin Slot to each side of (Base P0241) as shown, to allow for expansion. Add Blocking for fasteners as required.
